Want to make your own contour maps on your Lowrance HDS Carbon units? It’s simple! It’s so simple, we made this video while idling out of the launch. Mark Goetsch used his Lowrance HDS Carbon 12 to pinpoint the exact location holding a GIANT school of smallmouths earlier this fall in the 2017 TBF National Semi-Final on the Detroit River. Mark ended up finishing 2nd overall and was able to out-fish several other boats in the area by putting his casts exactly on the irregular contour break he mapped in practice.
